The one in the link comes with a rare duel core atom processor and 2 gigs, and 250 gig hard drive AND a "better then poor" nvidia graphics chip. In the reviews, users have been using Adobe Photoshop CS4 on it with no problems.

And lugging a laptop around is too inconvenient.

things like browsing AFF aren't all that enjoyable on it.

The limitations mentioned in the article OTF mentioned are concerns, but not show stoppers for me.
I requested a while back that admin add an iphone stylesheet so that the browsing experience of the forum on the iphone would be awesomeness. They already exist out there for vbulletin, and it should just be a simple implementation to detect iphone users.

Hoping it is still being considered...

Ok, but isn't that gonna be more power consumption? The whole point of having a netbook is being truely mobile (having a high battery life)

  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.

Though it's not as if even the iphone has anything resembling good battery life. But I guess the ipad will have more room for a battery.

After reading the article, I believe I'll wait until it has Multi-tasking, Adobe Flash, a camera, and handwriting recognition.

Well, I use mine a lot. Probably obsessively. Mostly data. But, if I didn't have it charging in the car and plugged into my laptop while I'm working, it would be dead each day by 2pm. And you can't swap out batteries.

You bet, I will be in line waiting. I can't wait to preach from it!

Phone only about a day, but using video, internet or other data and it won't last long, that is the only drawback.

I bought an asus eepc last March, ended up not liking it so much and gave it to my daughter.
