If it's down most people won't think much of it...oh it's down and very long...and im not saying that wearing it down is wrong. And yes when we let it down powerful things happen! There's been a time where I let my hair down and layed it across my Husbands back and his back was healed! Our Gloy is powerful! So what's wrong with wearing it up? It actually is a good way to witness to peope if I don't say. People are always asking did you just come from church? Then it turns into "hey maybe you would want to visit this church". "Sure" Then they ask for directions and they come! No im not saying that, that happens all the time but it does happen! So what's wrong with wearing our hair up or down? There is nthing wrong with it! As long when a women wears there hair down it dosen't look worldy. But we are suppose to stand out and be apart from the world....were suppose to look different. So there's nothing wrong with wearing it down or up. As long as it dosen't look worldy!
You call it OUR glory and than you call it GOD's glory. Please understand that the Bible NEVER refers to hair as God's glory. It says "it is a glory to HER".

Also, your husband was healed because you believed and had faith that He would answer. Please don't place the power of God in your hair.

My wife has long (but cut) hair. She laid her hands on me and God took away my migraine IMMEDIATELY - no hair laying needed.

I'm getting so TIRED of hair worship!!!!!!
I agree .... it amounts to hair worship ... and some have included angel worship as well.

Christ, scolded the Pharisees for cleansing “the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of extortion and self-indulgence” (Matthew 23:25).
(just a thought...) and no I do not cut my hair...but it has no magic power...lol....

No ... it's just a big misunderstanding perpetrated by me, a charismatic reprobate to be judged by God for talking about it ... like a minister recently remarked:

Quote:
First...I'm against magic hair...big whoop...is anybody for it other than Rapunzel and Cruella Da Ville??? I doubt it.

... This shotgun of doctrinal correction is aimed at someone that does not believe or preach it. The primary Paul Revere shouting against this doctrine (and putting up websites) is a reprobate charismatic based here in North Houston who does not agree with our doctrine of uncut hair on women (or much else for that matter). God will judge him for what he has tried to do.

Yknow...I haven't met anyone that is for this doctrine...including the man that is target of the forums. I know you are "agin' it"...that's great J Edgar...now just call the man you say "believes it" and ask him if he really does. Before you say..."but I heard him preach"...ask yourself, "Has anyone ever misunderstood something I've preached?" or "Have I ever been quoted out of context?" Let's take care that we are not doing the devil's work for him. If you are picketing against an individual you might want to look behind you...Hitler may be holding the megaphone.
When we let it down, power things happen? Oy vey.
If one person misunderstands ... shall we not clarify ...????

Or did he already try that?

Hair is now an extension of God's Glory and power within this subculture... and I'm to blame.

I recently witnessed it in one of our church services. A visiting woman took her hair down and laid it across someone who was praying. The rest of us stared at her like she was nuts.

But, yes, it is becoming a pretty widespread belief, no matter how many people say it isn't.

Sounds like a LS quote....What would happen if our women would let down their hair and shake it the wind ( just like the witches know to do)
