Yes, it's heresy.

Re: Braided Hair, Expensive Clothing

all know that I do not cut my hair HOWEVER may I say powerful things happen at Catholic shrines, in witchdoctor meetings BUT that does NOT make powerful things alway line up with Bible teachings....

I think God does see our sincerity and many times in prayer I have reminded God that I have done my best to walk in His ways but even that does not make me magic or anything I believe magic.

In no way do I doubt our sister's husband's back was healed. I am sure it was because of her sincere faith...However James tells us what to do when we are sick.

Blessings to all....

I do not doubt that he was healed nor do I doubt the sincerity of the prayer that resulted in healing. But, we can't establish doctrine by experience.

If someone did that to me I would probably blow my nose in it.

2. Paul in 1st Cor. 11, Sister H says long hair is a woman's glory ... lower case .. meaning it is source of pride, beauty for her ... not God's Glory. You seem to have confused the two.

If the contention is that all our bodies bring glory to God than my elbows are just as beautiful but for whatever reason don't glow.
And who is lying?
Yes it is a womens glory.
I cannot argue with people apart of the UPC because we obviously have different standards.
So I am not going to.

A UPCI pastor who allows cutting of hair by not teaching, preaching against it.

I was licensed with them at one time ... as was my dad until he passed ...

I no longer agree with those extrabiblical standards ... so as not to lie I would rather turn in my card.
