Re: Anyone watching Caprica on Hulu?

I have been faithfully taping Caprica on my High Def DVR but have not had time to watch a single episode yet.

I endured the first six to ten episodes of Stargate Universe and was bored to tears. Kept hoping it would get better but I could not connect to any of the characters or the actors playing them. Premise was slightly interesting but much the same as Star Trek Voyager but with boring characters.

Hulu is considering going to some kind of format where you pay for at least some of the content so your purchase was probably a good one. I am collecting all the seasons of Stargate Atlantis and one day will watch them! LOL!!

I did use HULU to catch up on the first four seasons of LOST I had not watched last year so I was eagerly awaiting this final season's premeire.

Re: Anyone watching Caprica on Hulu?

Oh, before I forget this week Amazon and Best Buy have all three seasons of the original Star Trek series in Blu-ray High Def for $39.99 per season and these rarely go on sale. List for about $79.99 and normally sell for at least $60.

True but Hulu is pretty high quality and you can select a higher quality too that in full screen lacks the pixelation you see when you full screen something like youtube

The premise could have been better, I would like it though if the planets they visited were populated sometimes and the ship did not jump into Hyperspace automatically.

Also you gotta love the character dynamics, humor and interpersonal relations of SC1...this new SGW is like a Day time soap on a space ship...boooooriiinngggggg

Star Trek worked because it was not always just them confined to a ship and time for funny stuff :-)
