Reminds me of the Dominican Republic. We were going to use the resorts Spa and I told Gail "Now the person who gives you your massage better be a woman. And person who gives ME a massage better be a woman also!".

I have serious doubts that the woman was alone with the man at the pool. If she had been, she would have been accused of much worse than simply wearing a bikini.
If they had been alone, that would have been considered a "date", and then she really would have been accused of an affair! The fact that she was only accused of exhibitionism leads me to believe that she simply wore a bikini with another man present.
