Do you think a man lusting after a woman in his heart is grounds for divorce? Jesus said it was the same as committing adultery. That would come a lot closer to being biblical grounds than a bikini.

I was thinking the pastor was calling it fornication because he was wondering her motive. Do we need to sing, "Nasty Girl" by Inaya Day? LOL!

According to this article that was linked from the spiritualabuse.org site Dan referenced, she had "left the church some months before."

That statement doesn't tell us whether she was a member in good standing, or a member at all, or if her husband was a member and she just came with him as a visitor.

Yeah, and I am still wondering if the man really had a problem with it at the time. Or decided after he got involved with the pastor's daughter. We are left with too much speculation anyway.

If she weighs over 300 pounds it might be gluttony or a sick sense of humor.

Is assuming someone's motive grounds for divorce?

I had my first date with my husband on Easter Sunday and married him August 8. It's better to marry than burn, so I've read. LOL!
