Well, PO it's because the Catholic church choir didn't sing his songs!!!
Lord, all these just take me right back to my youth! Loved them then, love them now!

I think the Jacksons were raised JW, and I'm not sure what type of music, if any they sing at the Kingdom Hall.
Glad you like the music...these songs are timeless.
