Are you telling me .. that a Spanish speaking Apostolic church doesn't have protections under the Constitution if they receive a bulk of their donations from other countries even if many of its members are legalized citizens? Asinine.

What I was asking was, does the First Amendment protect the religious proselytizing being done from abroad? Of course, American Christian activity seeks to propagate its Gospel by doing this in reverse, and American Christian missionaries are shut out of most Muslim nations.
So, why does our First Amendment protect foreign interests within the United States? It's a complex issue that only a pinhead would reduce to name calling.
