I use
www.mediatemple.com. They are a little pricier @ $20/month. Package includes plenty of everything, and they have one-click installs of wordpress and a couple of others. They have very good customer service and some big name clients.
Also, you can host lots of domains with one account. I use godaddy as my registrar.
