One must look at the scriptures in their historical settings,one must look at a text and see what it says immediately or by itself and then must look at the verses of the bible as they relate to other verses of the bible.
Also cultural consideration must be given to the scriptures.

One must leave the verses of the bible in their proper context,and this is a biggie don't read things into the texts and make them say things that aren't intended.
