The Donald and other cooler heads are prevailing. Maybe. But since when was The Donald a "cooler head?"

The Jones character from FL says he is flying to NYC on 9/11 to meet with Imam Rauf about "moving the mosque from Ground Zero." Meanwhile Donald Trump has offered to buy out Sharif el Gamal, the um... "troubled" investor who owns the site. Only, as it turns out, el Gamal isn't "really" the principle in the deal after all...

What gives with all of these guys? How come Donald Trump ends up being the most reputable and most credible guy in the whole affair? All of this anxiety over a bunch of hucksterism? Jones from FL is probably even going to get a cut of the $10 million plus that they're going to make off this thing. (I don't know that, but it would make a kind of sense).
