2 different issues--i was addressing them both.
I watch their services each week. This week I saw about 5 black people--1 on the praise team. They also have a Laos church and a few come to the regular services--1 of them on the praise team. I just don't know how many 'other than white' folks come. btw, they were all praying together during worship, looked pretty comfy to me.
They are pretty liberal on standards--I don't want to get in to specific's--they do ask for certain standards to be kept if you sing on the platform but even some of those would be considered lax in a lot of UPC churches. It is a great church and if I lived there I would attend-- if I didn't want to be involved in the music. (I wear pants and that is one they ask you not to do if you are on the platform)
