Recommended Books

I have seen many different books that have been recommended on here. I wanted to start a new thread for more recommends whether it be a recent book you read or an older one and you want to reco it again. The reco can be for spiritual or otherwise. Let us know what you think.

There used to be a thread on "What are you currently reading?" where some of us gave semi-reviews and recommendations, but that has been inactive for some time now.

No doubt my favorite would have to be "Crazy Love" by Francis Chan..... Makes you
ask yourself over and over..... Am I really a christian???

I love the part where he talks about the church at Antioch. They didnt have to tell
anyone they were christians.

They were called christians!!!

When I'm browsing spiritual books at Barnes and Noble, I always gravitate toward Philip Yancey's books.

The senior pastor of the Vineyard where I went from 1992 to 2006 said that anything by Philip Yancey is good.
