Indeed. Routine blood work for all personnel would be nice to safeguard against HIV or any other disease, be it in homosexuals or heterosexuals.

Do you really not see the illogical aspects of that statement?
I would almost rather you be truthful and just say you don't like homosexuals and want them all to go away. At least I could logically reconcile that with what you believe. It would at least do away with watching you try and explain away illogical thoughts.
This is why religion needs to be kept separate of all political and governmental aspects. It leads us down rabbit holes where we start discriminating based on personal beliefs.

Strawman alert.
You are doing poorly. You are trying to twist medical arguments into politically arguments.
The Red Cross also doesn't take blood donations from me if I have traveled outside the country recently. It is called exposure to diseases.
HIV, AIDS
You should not give blood if you have AIDS or have ever had a positive HIV test, or if you have done something that puts you at risk for becoming infected with HIV.
You are at risk for getting infected if you:
* have ever used needles to take drugs, steroids, or anything not prescribed by your doctor
* are a male who has had sexual contact with another male, even once, since 1977* have ever taken money, drugs or other payment for sex since 1977
* have had sexual contact in the past 12 months with anyone described above* received clotting factor concentrates for a bleeding disorder such as hemophilia
* were born in, or lived in, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Equatorial Guinea,Gabon, Niger, or Nigeria, since 1977.
* since 1977, received a blood transfusion or medical treatment with a blood product in any of these countries, or
* had sex with anyone who, since 1977, was born in or lived in any of these countries. Learn more about HIV Group O, and the specific African countries where it is found.
Remember a soldier can be hit by a bomb and both he and his partners exposed to eachothers open wounds in battle.

This is what I agree with.

And, BTW, we just had a homosexual give his life to God in a recent service. He repented, was baptized and received the Holy Ghost. Hate the sin, love the sinner.

28 percent of gays claimed more than 1,000 lifetime male sex partners ...
in a lifetime.
News flash. Bloodwork doesn't safeguard against disease. Ever.
It is a diagnostic tool that catches disease that resulted from lack of safeguards.

Go ahead and provide the link for that stat. If it is the same link you provided in the past, that is a bunk statistic.

Praise God.
I taught a home bible study that had a baptist preacher in it that was also carrying aids. They can repent.
