I completely missed how it headed in that direction. Did I miss something? There always seems to be such an enormous fear of this topic.

Praxeas, I think that is so totally out of bounds to ask someone a question like that. Totally inappropriate!
I don't think it is any of any one else's business what he did or felt with his wife.

I said it serves as a warning to KEEP it from heading that direction. Not that it was already heading that direction

And no I have no fear of the topic

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

So its ok to discuss his attraction to men but not to women? Sorry I disagree.

As far as business....the man just laid out his personal business here on a public forum. If he does not want to answer he does not have to.

I disagree. I think Prax's question can bring about an honest reaction within anyone who struggles with this problem.

Azzan is willing to be on this open Forum in discussion, and open it is.

Can you help us understand why the warning was posted? I've seen nothing that has promoted the gay lifestyle...in fact, the opposite...and the warning has the appearance of Admin fear of a tough subject. Rather than the ambiguous warning that doesn't specify what was wrong, can you tell us what happened? Darkness is frustrating. Give us some light.

Re: Don't Ask....Don't Tell. Good Policy?

I certainly don't think he should! I think it is all pretty obvious without asking. He was married and had kids and was attracted to the same sex. There are a lot of people with same sex attraction and some in ministry are that are married with kids.

If I remember correctly the AFF position was posted before.

Seems like a reminder to me.

This is a moot point for now.
