False doctrine = false salvation. That is basically what you are saying.

Wow. Your logic is....illogical.

It's always funny to me how people bail when it comes to the eternity thing. Everyone throws around "False" this or that, but when it comes to heaven or hell, you chicken out and say, "Well, that's up to God." For crying out loud, it wasn't up to God when you said he teaches false doctrine!

Get some guts and tell DA his false doctrine is sending people to hell and that he is going to hell because of his false doctrine.

But it IS up to God to be the final judge on these matters. We can state what we believe and what we agree or disagree with, but ultimately God decides if it's truly important. All we have are our opinions and what we personally do with them.

Do you feel comfortable putting sinners in hell? Or do you state where you disagree, state the solution and then leave the rest to God?

Maybe DM didn't mean that, since he didn't say that, so perhaps you shouldn't put words in his mouth. (Or into his keyboard.)

Re: Don't Ask....Don't Tell. Good Policy?

Let me get this straight:

So now if we say we don't agree with someone's doctrine, it means we're saying they're going to hell, even if we don't say that specifically? (And that we're judging them.)

Wow. Talk about adopting a policy that will stifle all open conversation and create a very boring "amen" corner. LOL!!!!

This sounds an awful lot like an Admin's post.

DA has been baptized and received the holy ghost so I don't believe he is lost. Only God can judge people who have repented but have not been baptized in water or spirit like my grandparents. There is no inconsistency. You attack water/spirit believers to try and justify your easy Grace beliefs. We are not inconsistent, you are just insecure.

If I want to act as an admin, I'll put on the admin hat or clarify what I'm doing. I'm just posting as I normally do.

I think it's always best to be careful with our words. What has worked for me is asking if their fire retardant suit is at the ready. It stirs the soul, let me tell you!

The only drawback is asking a blonde. She's more worried about what color to choose.
