Yeah, but since we're all new, we need a refresher course. After all, that verse before Acts 2:38 says, "Men and brethren, what must we do to be saved", doesn't it?

I didn't actually say the Bible said it, I said Paul said it, I think that's what I said.

"God inhabits the praise of His people" is a common paraphrase of Psalm 22:3.

Nope
it doesn't use the phrase "to be saved."
That's a common Apostolic (mis) quote of Acts 2:37.
