It's been that way since at least Monday. You can run into a situation like that when the site's owner is updating or otherwise working on the site. The backend admin area takes over the whole site. Dunno for certain though.

Someone has brought it up at Bernie's Facebook page for In Christ Alone Ministries but there's been no response yet. Bernie's last blog update was in July. He seems to be either traveling or very busy.
