A perfect example of varying interpretation of scripture is head covering. Some argue for uncut hair, some argue for a cloth head covering such as a scarf. because of the difficulty with interpreting the passage, I don't see it as a heaven/hell issue. what do you think?

Yea I think we've proven this one by a discussion we've had on recent threads. I mean we've chased it down to : "For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered." All those bold words are the same in Greek so what it says is: "For if the woman be not covered, let shorn also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered." That makes no sense that's verse 6.
Now verse 15 does say:"But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering." This word "for" is the Greek Word "anti". Which means "for, instead of, in place of ." So it is saying: "But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her instead of, in place of a covering."
So the question is verse 6. Brother Costeon seems to think shorn means shaven everywhere else its used which its only used in Acts and 1 Corinthians. Then its used talking about the shearing of sheep, which we know is not cutting hair. But I don't understand why he would use 2 words that mean the exact same thing and say "to be shorn is to be shaven." Why is that needed, if they both are two words for the samething?
That one is very disputed do to the fact simply, its unclear.

Whatever her actions, if her heart is not in it, then her actions are sin. Personally, I think a superficial head covering is not required but if a woman was to cut her hair or have her hair fall out (alopecia, chemo, etc) then she should wear a covering-- and it wouldn't be bad if all women wore a head covering so that the woman with short hair or baldness doesn't feel ostracized, but this doesn't seem to be an American Christian way of thinking.

Re: Are All Oneness Christians Apostolic By Defaul
I'd say that anyone who believes in Acts 2:38 salvation are "Apostolic", but not "Apostolic Pentecostal". Pentecostalism has a history and culture involving specific forms and fashions as it relates to how they interpret modesty/holiness that are often found in their dress codes. An "Apostolic" is simply one seeking the salvation originally received and taught by the Apostles ( Acts 2:38).
For example, I believe in Acts 2:38 salvation, and so I identify as being "Apostolic". But I have a beard and I don't put much emphasis on the outward dress codes, etc., of Pentecostalism. As a result, I don't identify as being "Apostolic Pentecostal".

Pentecostal refers to the day of Pentecost and being baptized in the Spirit with the evidence of tongues.

I'd say I'd have several questions for the person who said they were Apostolic but not Pentecostal.

Biblically yes, you're right.
However, when we consider the term's cultural relevance in our day, the term "Pentecostal" denotes a faith based on the early revivalist movements of the early 1900's characterized by speaking in tongues, those organizations that came out of those movements, their forms and fashions as it relates to dress, congregational structure, music, etc.
A simple Google search on the term "Pentecostal" will demonstrate what I'm trying to explain.
