An "Apostolic" is simply one seeking the salvation originally received and taught by the Apostles ( Acts 2:38).
For example, I believe in Acts 2:38 salvation, and so I identify as being "Apostolic". But I have a beard and I don't put much emphasis on the outward dress codes, etc., of Pentecostalism. As a result, I don't identify as being "Apostolic Pentecostal".

I'd say I'd have several questions for the person who said they were Apostolic but not Pentecostal.
