Good luck GL, you have a rough road ahead. You are about to be descended on by a pack of truth hating wolves.
Consider the above quotes. Shamgar said that "liberals are hostile to conservatives".

And, yet he/she started his/her posts by labeling libs "truth hating wolves".

Your words betray you, Sham.

I've read thru all Shammi's posts, and I'm beginning to think we're being duped, lol. Methinks ShamSandwich is actually one of us just trying to stir the pot, and we fell for it!

If that's not the case, then I really feel sorry for Shampoo.

Generally speaking the so called mocking is not because of personal convictions but of because of the cerebrally challenged thinking those "convictions" should be universal and the world be damned (word used in proper context) if someone's personal convictions don't line up to their convictions. There is not enough ridicule to demolish that demonic thinking...

I understand that it goes both ways. Many times conservative Apostolics judge and condemn those who do not hold to the same standards or levels of conformation as they. Also, those who practice certain levels of liberty often mock and judge those on the other side of the spectrum. I find this disheartening.

Romans 14, 1 Corinthians 8:9, Galatians 5 all speak to the biblical principles of the laws of liberty. Is open mockery of things that men and women hold to as principles of godly living acceptable to God? I value the discussion here. It's why I signed up. I appreciate the open discussion and honest debate. When we digress into the mockery of things that people here hold dear, however, does it displease the God who has granted us liberty over tradition?
