I think a suit looks brings more dignity to the office of the ministry. I don't think there is anything wrong with casual attire if there is some necessity. However, there are some things that help bring dignity to the office in the eyes of the public.
There is no denying that there are plenty of those who shame the office. The fact is that you can be a man of God in your underwear sitting in your house but it's not about us. It's about God and the people He is trying to reach.

Grillin, I thought they were chillin, and illin.
Jane wants equal rights with Cheetah while he shaves his beard and ponders on how he can have a world wide ministry boring people to death.

I meant no disrespect in any of my previous post. We do take the Ministry serious. Sorry if I came across disrespectful.
Blessings..

Oh Yes! You were told correctly. No matter what people wear they cannot hide what they really are. People ought to look presentable and portray a semblence of what those ministered to expect them to be, for their sakes alone. But liars are still liars, and fighters are still fighters, and too many ministers have never been delivered from the tire-iron wielding spirits they had as sinners. Some will cause division and run crying "innocence" in whatever circle they are in. Time tells all.

There are those who were raised in Christendom and instead of learning from the Holy Ghost, they learned all the angles of actors and how to get promoted by stealth and using their attire and mannerisms to proceed forward.
They go beyond the suits and ties and in their wake is nothing but churches and preachers who were left behind because the opportunists never received the glory that their pride needed. They don't have to wear suits, they don't have to shine their shoes. They are actors, and friends and brothers are just rungs in their ladder to the top.
Jesus knows all and he can look through their suits and coverings that may fool some but never fool God.
In Jesus name
