For sinus problems, get a nasal rinse bottle or the other name is neti pot. Mix one cup of distilled water with 1/8 t salt and a pinch of baking soda. Rinse nasal passages. This works great. Kind of wierd at first but you'll never go back. Saves $$ on doctors and over the counter meds.

Beans are a great substitute for meat and very good for you. When you make tacos or chili or frito chili pie or such like, always add a can of beans to stretch the meat and for great fiber! There are also a ton of bean recipes online.

Use overripe bananas in smoothies or cookies or banana bread. They freeze too so you can use them in banana bread later.

out on how to save save save. Anyone know or remember??

I read her story but lost her info and have no idea what
to even google

Indeed... when we bought a new refrigerator & stove a few months back we played both ends against the middle between Lowe's & Sears because they both have that 10% below competitors price policy.

We ended up saving around $300-$400 over what lowes was asking because Sears had a big sale and Lowe's beat that price by another 10%.

That sure sounds like her! how did you know? Do you have
her weblink?

I think I read her story in the readers digest? somewhere.
She told about how she came to Los Angeles to be on a talk
show. the topic was saving $$$ of course. She told about how
everything looked so different and how wasteful L.A was LOL
