I believe Jesus is the Father, because he was indwelled by the Father and the Words/Works were done through him by the indwelling Father.

Jesus was however, a real live human being that admittedly had a GOD.

Many of our oneness explanations seem like a lot of technical jargon to them in my opinion.

Many of us struggle with the thought of Jesus being a human being and having a God(Father).

For those who want a clearer explanation it is available. I personally have 4-5 hours of teaching on the subject. I have noticed that tho many ask for a clearer explanation they dont have the interest or the patience to sit through the teaching required to get it.

They have been spoon fed for so long on milk or even water they cant bear teaching. They like the lash out type Preachers who holler much and explain little unfortunately.

No problem with Jesus being a man with a God. Matter of fact we must believe this. And yet no problem with Jesus being the God thats the God of his humanity. This we must also believe.

For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Tim. 2:5

If Jesus is God he is the one God. Every Christian sect (almost) believes he is a man.

He is God and man at the same time.

Brother, I dont see the concept of "God became a man"in the Bible. Thats not in the Bible. If it is, please show me a passage accordingly. I know we were taught that as new convert but I have never seem the passage produced.

Jesus is not the Father "because the Father dwells in him". Rather he is the Father because he is the human being that the Father became in order to redeem us. If indwelling makes him God then all Christians are God IN THE SAME WAY right?
No, all Christians dont have the fULLNESS of God. Jesus was given the Spirit WITHOUT measure.

JESUS IS ALMIGHTY GOD!!!

Amen to this post, we just really need to "celebrate" his humanity as much as we celebrate the divinity(Father) that was in him.

I think we want to. Its just that the other half of the truth is so fought against that we are always having to keep it in the forefront. Also we have to go over it again and again because even many if not most of our own really dont understand it.

It is definitely a worthy cause. We will be teaching oneness until Jesus returns.

Groups that really believe in Oneness but dont believe Jesus is the Father.

Unitarians. Arians.

Re: Apostolic But Not Believing Jesus is The Fathe

One thing I like to ask trinitarians is if Jesus is God the son then did God die. God is eternal he doesn't die and I haven't met a trinitarian that has disagreed with that point, but most of the time they want to quit the discussion after that point is made. The Father and all His fullness indwells in the man Jesus, but the Spirit is the Father. I think that there will always be a little left to ask because I think it is arrogant to think that I can totally define God. We are safe to let the scriptures do the defining. Trinity isn't in scripture, "but God is one" is mentioned many times.

God became a man. The Word was God... and the Word became flesh. There ya go.

We have the fullness of God in us because we have Christ in us and we are complete in Him.

Jesus is God manifest in flesh. He is the "express image" (lit. engraving) of God's person. He took on himself the nature - not of angels, but the seed of Abraham. He Himself said repeatedly that He Himself came from heaven.

Jesus is God in human form. That is, God existing as a man.

Yes "God died" because he who died for us is God Almighty.

No he did not die AS God, he died AS MAN. But that man who died is the Mighty God and the Everlasting Father.
