Replacement Theology Man Highlights
This is really how goofy preterism views Ezekiel.....
The prophet was told in (Ezekial 37-45 etc) that these promises were for NATIONAL Israel, The prophet Ezekiel in turn, told Gods' people that the promises were for them also.
Come to find out(according to preterists)...God lied in the first place(metaphorized), and said...."oh by the way, I was talking about the future church, not you guys"....LOL
When the preterist lies to his children, he just tells them he was "metaphorizing" about what he said.
However, the kids still think he was a liar, though they will never say it to his preterist face...LOL
He wont "metaphorize" when he spanks them...LOL
met·a·phor
ˈmedəˌfôr,ˈmedəˌfər/
noun
a figure of speech in which a word or phrase is applied to an object or action to which it is not literally applicable.
"“I had fallen through a trapdoor of depression,” said Mark, who was fond of theatrical metaphors"
synonyms: figure of speech, image, trope, analogy, comparison, symbol, word painting/picture
"the profusion of metaphors in her everyday speech has gotten pretty tiresome"
a thing regarded as representative or symbolic of something else, especially something abstract.
"the amounts of money being lost by the company were enough to make it a metaphor for an industry that was teetering"
The book of Ezekiel was a "metaphor"(lie) to Israel?
LOL
Mama..daddy is "metaphorizing" again!(he spanked me for calling him a liar)
He said he would play catch with me and now he wont! He said he meant something else!
Dont worry son, we know daddy has a little "metaphorizing" problem, I will play catch with you...LOL
