I dont think she is a lone, I have seen many young girls/young ladies that wear sizes over a 10--I think the industry isnt seeing the trend.
The girls I was with in India wear a 10 or bigger, their feet were hanging a little over their shoes because India only goes to about a 8.5 or a 9-if that.
I'm going to send them some shoes.
