Jon and I are actually free lance writers who travel around the Internet stirring up boards during the slow summer months for pay. You should have seen us on the forum at the Journal of Etymology or Quilters Quarterly. We crack me up!

Re: I was asked to leave AMF for Apostolic Ministr

HA..When I saw my name with AMF..I was like, what the heck??? I have never been there, don't even know how. One Forum is enough for me.

I have read through this thread (not sure why) guess it’s like a car wreck, you just have to look! I just hope and pray there aren’t sincere people who are seeking God out there that have stumbled upon this and think this is how all Christians act. I understand in a forum you will have disagreements and things can get a bit testy but why the name calling, it’s real sad to see.

People who are from AMF and people who are from AFF if you don't like what you see on the others forum then stop looking. If all of us on AFF are awful sinners then pray for us but dont come over here bad mouthing..Same goes for AFF, if you dont like what you see or read on AMF then why go there and bring their troubles over hear????????? It’s all confusing to me..LET IT GO!

If you are a person who is seeking after God I hope you visit some of the other threads and realize this can be a place of encouragement and love.

...
The purpose of these forums is really to serve as a sounding board (or a playground) for those who may not have been able to talk about their experiences in the OP world.

Presumably, there are other ways to reach the lost. For me, this was a place for the wounded to heal and questions to be asked. In our OP churches there are too many structures in place that seek to perpetuate the existing powers and this enforces a climate of silent, unquestioning submission to whoever is running the steamroller.

Too many of our churches are NOT the place to find healing, whether you're lost or especially if you're a long time saint. Jack Yohe started the first incarnation of this forum to address that need and to provide a place where questions could be asked. AFF simply carries that forward.

Our way of doing business has hindered us from actually reaching thew lost world that surrounds us. I spent years trying to reach people and bringing them to an OP church - just to find that this was NOT the place I should be bringing lost souls. It was a corrosive and destructive environment. The place was ruled by hate and a real clinical mental pathology. I had no one I could turn to for help. No one. And, I was as faithful as an old dog by nature. Leaving was not an option I could even bear to consider.

Finally, it seemed that God Himself was so frustrated that events were brought to a head and I was kicked out. Literally. That church doesn't even exist anymore. The place that I dedicated the best years of my life to build. In a way, some of it still goes on. But everything that caused so much pain to so many people has been buried in the past.

As a warning to others I feel that I still must point out just what that heap in the ground represents. It truly was, and is "Ichabod!"

WHERE IN THE WORLD DID THIS COME FROM?

I thought I would see what this Thread was about. I read to page 26 and lo and behold my NAME popped up, and WHY?

I DON'T GET IT??????

No doubt said in jest, That is also how gossip get's started. I never heard of the AMF until I read this Thread, and if I had, would have thought it was some kind of lodge. (some on here are addicted to Capitol abbreviations, instead of typing who or what they are talking about)

And then they start talking about 'women preachers.” For the record, I'm not a preacher, nor even a teacher. I am nothing, I would be just a piece of dirt, without the Holy Ghost. But with the Holy Ghost living inside, I have HIS divine nature inside.

And with HIS Holy Spirit inside, I think HE is just as grieved at this Thread as I am. At many Threads on this Forum. However, that is no reason to ban them, it just shows the climate of the Church. (And if some will stay long enough maybe they or I will learn a thing or 2.)

And that is why I can't go to church. I went to a different one this morning and came home very discouraged. I feel like crying.

Atlanta Bishop Wayne.....

You have their attention, just keeps it up! Even Elderests of Elders Steve Epley is taking notice of you! I thinks he is going to ask you to preaches in his new church in Missery!

They really love you there, just sign the affirmation statement, have it notarized and present it to the high ups and you can get back on to amf! Blay... or Carr.... or Epless said so, I think.

We don't know lol. He, Atlanta Bishop, Wayne Pugh, made that statement himself. Where was he before that?

You can understand how such statements can cause confusion on an "apostolic" forum.

Re: I was asked to leave AMF for Apostolic Ministr

Wayne I've been rather kind to you and anyone who has been paying attention i hope can confirm that. Likewise I have accused you of nothing. I have simply asked you to explain your own words. You choose to either ignore my questions or respond with venom. It makes no sense considering I am only asking you to explain your words.

To the rest of the forum. I don't post here much. I only lurk some. Maybe my posting style is what is causing such a venomous response from Wayne. If that is the case would someone please correct me.
