I went from 350 to 277 in 6 months on phentermine at a weight loss clinic...walked at least 7 miles a day" phentermine REALLY helps with that" and cut out all red meat and fried foods and got on 1500 calorie diet...and water phent gives u dry mouth so youll have no problem with wanting to drink water.
