OMG can you imagine what it will be like when she DOES learn to speak English?
I remember when my middle son was that small and a bit later he was ALWAYS ALWAYS talking!!!
At times I'd also do the "uh huh" every 30 seconds, thing., LOL! poor baby.

YET now that he's in his late 20's he is a most excellent public speaker and witness for GOD!

Soooo, there's something to be learned about this type children whom start
out like this - do NOT ever quelch their passion!!

When my youngest daughter was a baby, she was always jabbering. I told my husband that we were going to be in for it when she started talking. I was right. She's a little chatterbox.

You can't just 'uh-huh' her, though. She wants ANSWERS. She wants a conversation. She wants an answer that makes sense. Her husband is going to have fun.
