Re: My crazy, crazy, crazy dream

Often our dreams, especially the more vivid ones, are sort of molded around the anxieties or worries that we have at the time. My youngest used to be troubled by dreams - really nightmares. He'd come into our room in the middle of the night and wake us up to tell us that he "had a dream." grrr...

But, the little guy was obviously troubled by it and he couldn't but help to feel sorry for him. So, once when he was describing a dream - (being chased, falling, dinosaurs, the works) I had the idea to tell him that the next time he had a bad dream he should pretend that he had sword that could cut through anything. It cut cut through walls, dinosaurs and etc.

And it worked! A few weeks later he told me about some dreams he had and how the sword helped him to have power over "the bad guys." In effect, I introduced the concept of lucid dreaming to him. His mind began to learn how to take control of the troubling images in his subconscious and he had power and control from then on.

No more waking us up late at night. He could slay his own dragons now.

A few days before the dream, I had taken my son to his pediatrician for his checkup. They weigh him, then plot his weight on a chart. I'm sure you parents on here know what I'm talking about.

I also had read an article about a woman who had placed her baby inside of a microwave.

And, I was studying end time prophecy for a while, and people's different interpretations.

Anyway, here's my dream:

I lived inside some kind of institution. There were other people living there also, and we had no choice because we were forced to live there. I was told that the form of Pentecostalism that I believed in wasn't allowed, but there was another kind that was allowed (can't remember the name, started with a Z). I refused, of course.

I don't know where my husband was, but my son was in another part of this place and I wasn't allowed to see him. I was in this area that resembled a classroom, and there were other people in there also.

There were people that watched over us, and I remember one woman taking a girl's newborn baby from her and putting it in a microwave. I wanted to stop her, but I knew I was powerless to do anything. I went into the bathroom, and this woman opened the door in front of everyone and shoved me up against the wall, screaming in my face. I was humiliated.

Throughout this whole dream, I was emotionless. Completely empty inside.

All of a sudden, me and all the other people are sitting outside on some picnic tables. It is night time, and I am talking on a cell phone to my younger sister. This is what she said to me.

"I know you are pregnant, I can tell. You know they don't like that, do you know what they are going to do when they find out?"

All of a sudden I hear a woman's voice scream "Jesus!" (actually it was like a unanimous voice coming from the whole earth) and I looked up in the sky.
The words "Lord Savior" were written in the sky with stars. Next to the words were a bunch of stars patterned to look like my son's weight on his chart.

I felt the Holy Ghost stir up inside of me, and I started to rise in the air. I looked over, and my son was also rising in the air, and I embraced him as we rose up together.

I woke up crying.

What do you think this all means?
For me to remember a dream it would have to be from God. If this was a taco dream I doubt you would still remember it.

I think the Lord was showing you that no matter what you may have to go through, even if you are separated from your family, that in the end He will bring you all back together.

I think He is showing you that you can make it no matter what.

I usually remember the "taco dreams" too.

. . .

Well then, God has given me some strange dreams, for sure! What did He mean by the one where I grew blades of grass on my face instead of whiskers?

I will interpret that dream for ya, Bro. The Bible says, "The grass whithereth....." It means your face is gonna whither away some day - as in get old someday. I kill me sometimes!

Oh boy! I hope that is not the case... I have repented for even having some of those dreams!

Well I am just saying for "Me" I don't remember dreams unless they are from God, and after they have passed the time event I usually forget them also.

I have a similar recurring dream. Had it maybe 6 times so far. In my dreams the stars are formed into the words of great and terrible things. Really incredible!!

If You find out what this means, let me know.
