I remember having a cast iron tractor... that was about it. I don't know if it's delayed envy or what - but I hate those plastic toys that make noise and flash and beep etc. LOL!

I had 2 cast iron tractors and a toy gun my dad carved out of a 2x4.

I also had a metal ring that I found on the farm and a stick that I would use to hit the ring and make it role.

upon occastion I would play with an empty green bean can kicking it around the yard.....



my kids have no idea....

My wife and daughter both volunteer at the local tommy toy fund thing. Last year they gave out toys to 9,000 kids. This year is going to be interesting, record number of requests, not a record number of donors.

The program is blessed because a local guy who owns a number of properties and businesses sends people to a toy show in vegas every year where they buy thousands of toys for pennies on the dollar.
