Regardless, is there a document today that articulates the UPCI's official doctrines, like the Assembly of God's "Fundamental Truths"? There's a page with links to articles on the UPCI's website, which may cover all or most of the usual things, but it seems informal and, actually, kinda hodge-podge:

The UPC Manual has a section on the Articles of Faith. I don't have a copy of the manual and it is not available to the general public online as far as I know.

There is a site http://www.spiritualabuse.org/aof.html on which the articles of faith are posted as they were in the 2005 Manual.

Is the manual secret?

I don't think it' secret, just available to ministers in that organization only.
I don't think it's available to the general public for purchase.

Re: December 1945 Pentecostal Herald

Well, whattya know? "We see from this that divine healing for the body is in the
atonement." Pretty much like the AG, there.

That site is called Spiritual Abuse. It is run by a former UPC minister. There is an online support group available for people who feel like they have been abused in their church experience or who are questioning some of the things they have been taught and have experienced in OP churches. I have been a member of that group for several years.

The UPC in 1945 was pretty much like the AG. The first General Superintendent, first Sunday School Director, first Foreign Missions director and some of the District Presbyters were what we call "one-steppers" here.

As far as "healing in the atonement" I believe that salvation includes the whole person --body, soul, and spirit-- and therefore believe that healing for body, soul, and spirit was paid for by Jesus and is available for us.
