Sure! Death is death.

Re: What do you think about human sacrifice?

The way society is degenarating it would not be long before human sacrifices begin again.

you might think I am kidding, but look how far down the ladder we have gone.
we already have abortion which in really is a human sacrifice, pretty soon we will get infanticide, euthenasia, and the downhill slide will continue.

Yes, because death was still experienced.

I hate slippery slope arguments. How many times have you lied? Does that mean you slipped further down by turning into a chronic liar or or a shoplifter or something else?

Re: What do you think about human sacrifice?

Abortion IS human sacrifice. It is primarily done to appease the god of this age - narcissistic love and worship of SELF.

Re: What do you think about human sacrifice?

Jesus said that evil people wil only become worse and worse and I happen to believe Jesus was telling the truth. People will not get better, but actually worse as the judgement day approaches.

Re: What do you think about human sacrifice?

To what end?

I think my opinion about human sacrifice varies greatly depending upon just whom, exactly, is to be sacrificed.

Some people will do anything for a laugh - anything - how else do you explain the Darwin Awards? No matter the cost, the Show Must Go On!

Unsurprisingly, I find that my view on this Very Important Subject is quite aligned with that of Winston Churchill:

I had in mind the kind of sacrifice that is intended to appease a deity (whether real or imagined).
