Did the various Oneness organizations use "The Four Spiritual Laws" tracts, back in the day? They were big in the AG for a while. I'm guessing not, since they purport to tell you how to be saved, but there's nothing in them about baptism or tongues.
So, why did AG churches get on that bandwagon? I think it was that it seemed like a neat, logical (in AG minds ) presentation that they could more or less agree with. They were OK with omitting tongues and baptism, as the AG doesn't teach that these are requirement to be saved, but rather extra "bonuses" that would come later. Salvation was step 1, water baptism was pretty much mandatory, and tongues was something to strive for and get high-fived (figuratively or literally) when you get it -- especially if you had to work at it for a long, long time, as some did.

To say that an unsaved person can recieve the baptism of the Holy Ghost is false and 100% unbiblical.
John14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
Hebrews 10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

Luke sorry but I watched my daughter speak in tongues and she was and is unsaved. I watched her lose her English!

Yep. If what you see contradicts certain ancient writings (stress: certain writings), what you see isn't real. E.g., if certain ancient writings say unbelievers are evil, and you think you see good unbelievers, you're wrong. They're evil people. Like me!

I would equate what she is saying with "repentance." "Accepting Jesus" (as I understand the term) is when you make a conscious choice to serve God and forsake sin. E.g., repentance.
