I don't think folks in their 30's are neccessarily "novices". No more than some "pioneers" are stumbling blocks because they are so bound by their church culture and traditions that are extra biblical. Note I did not say all but some. I will not lump all elders / pioneers into one stereotype like you did in the quote above where you infer that millennials are novices and should not be in leadership. I say hogwash.
As I said before your post is more psychological manipulation designed to control people and shame the into not questioning anything or changing anything in Pentecost.

Re: A word to Millennials in the church
How long do you have to wait to be a leader? The oldest Millennials are in mid-30's - plenty of pastors started before then. Definitely respect leaders and seek advice, but you become your own person at some point.

Follow the old paths - learn Hebrew.
I wonder what language Adam and Eve spoke.

Daniel was told to close the books til the come of the end. John was told not to close them when Revelation was written since it was at hand.
No other reference exists in the bible about closing the books.

You noticed the "s" in parenthesis, and I stand corrected.

Re: A word to Millennials in the church
Elders are to teach the youngers the solid truths, so they can transmit them on to the next generation.
All the problems stem from people not following the ORIGINAL pioneers - the apostles.
