Re: Do you RV?

I wish I could remember where I saved the picture, but one day we were out driving, and I saw a small boat (not much bigger than a canoe) made into a 2 story houseboat, it was hilarious. It was on dry ground though, sitting on wheels. I wondered if someone pulled it around to live in?

Re: Do you RV?

Don't have any experience with RV'ing other than we do have RVs that we camp in, but nothing big or extravagant. We have a family member who travels the US extensively and lives in one about 9 months out of the year. Because they live and work in the RV, they use a fifth wheel and pull it with a truck that has a Dodge cummins motor. That's about all I can tell you about the specifics, sorry!

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: Do you RV?

We had a motor home when we evangelized. Lived in it about 3 years. Enjoyed it. Pulled a Saturn vue behind it. Saturns were made to pull. Motor homes are easily set up. My wife could rest while we traveled. I think you would enjoy it. Very comfortable.

I've had the fever for about 50 years so in a few years retirement may be my opportunity to make that dream come true!

Re: Do you RV?

We own a Triple E Grand Touring.
Went from coast to coast 6 years in a row.
Spend three months in it every summer.
