Its very crucial to understand the case of the 144 thousand. They are in the midst of the wrath of God being poured out on Earth. Yet they are SEALED against it. Gods wrath will not touch them.

The whole concept of the wrath of God gets misunderstood when people forget there are DEGREES of the wrath of God. It is on some right now. He can bring wrath against who he pleases any time.

In the days of Paul he said the wrath of God had come on the Jews TO THE UTTERMOST! 1 Thess 2:15-16.

15Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men: 16Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.

So God was able in the first century to direct his wrath EXACTLY to whom he desired while others may not have even noticed.

I see Gods wrath coming upon the Earth, and specifically on the sinners all through the tribulation. It just gets MORE as time goes on.

And then after the sinners are killed by his wrath they will still have to face the Mighty God at the seat of judgment and be cast into the fires of Hell for their destruction.....which is then THE APEX OF HIS WRATH.

If there was a wrathomatic(good one), it would tell us.

Contrarily, it shows Gods wrath on all the world, and the Trib saints under the same wrath ...and to make things worse, the saints subjected to the wrath of the man of sin.

The only ones to not be touched in scripture by the first plagues are 144,000 Jews of the 12 tribes of Israel.

How did God protect his people during the Egyptian plagues. But again, there is not much cataclysmic going on until the very end.

Easy, God is making trib saints when they suffer such agony, to be ready for the 3 angels in chapter 14, and to help accept death at the hands of antichrist.

All human beings of all the families of the earth will have a clear grasp of what is happening on the earth, after chapter 14.

Before the tribulation ends, God will have to shorten the days and return, to stop the complete destruction of mankind and the nation of Israel(His elect).
