A suggestion that worked for me. Advertise a free community event, provide free food, give stuff away to kids. Use radio psa's get interviews with newspapers. Hit the streets with personal evangelism. Refer to the tv ad in your conversation. Had over 100 people show up to a kids crusade weekend. The crusade was in August. So far four have gotten the Holy Ghost and 4 got have been baptized. Two of the four getting the Holy Ghost are husband and wife. Two of their kids were filled with the Holy Ghost. Every argument a legalist had why television advertising will not work was successfully debunked. Television advertising will work.
