Actually, when you quoted YEP, they had already messed the quote thing up and it continued from there. It's not the robots fault...LOL!

They are considered out of line.

The sheep then has peer pressure to conform or say nothing to hold any status.

The Pastor right or wrong has no fear of retrobution or loss of position.

The really good pastor's are people person's no matter how you slice them up.

The others deserve the attitudes because they are not people person's.

In every walk of life there are checks and balances.

The only measure in a church is how many people stay or go.

Take inventory around your church.

In the past 5 years have your core members grown and stayed?

Or do you experience turn over every couple of years?

The more turn over you have, the more you should turn over your church and move on.

Question: Does everything you just posted apply to your dad's ministry too?

The Christian husband should always be the head of the house.
It is not about the help meet or the head.

We have been taught our entire lives that a woman is the more sensitive being.

Then some men need to listhen to their wives about some of the things they say and do.

When or if a wife feels threatened not to share her thoughts, then the husband is not the head of the house he is a tyrant.

I have been a leader in my 22 year marriage by showing leadership and having a heart that is willing to change.

My wifes opinion and correction is a valued point of view that I do not overlook.

Just as my mothers instruction and point of view were and are valued.
