It was funny though because after she was not in heat any longer the main neighborhood dog that had been coming around came to the fence around our yard close to her all hopeful one more time. When she was in heat she would flirt with him and liked his attention. Now that she wasn't she growled at him really bad. My wife was with her at the time and said that poor ole boy dog looked shocked and crestfallen at her reaction to him. He turned and slowly walked way.

Anything over 5 puppies will qualify for large litter discounts at our vet's office. They reduce the cost from $25 per pup to $16 each. So definitely ask about discounted rates for that many pups.

Are you telling us that your church DOES have one next to the baptistry?

I hate to break it to you, but you're probably involved in a cult that's even worse than the UPC!!!!!

Do you remember how much progress I made in convincing the ladies and gentlemen of AFF to cease using birth control? It's the "third rail" of Pentecost. We would rather be keel-hauled than to do anything the way the WORLD does things, except for birth control. The Catholics put us to shame on this one aspect, lifestyle-wise, out there where the rubber meets the road. I can respect a little bit of anti-Catholicism in general thinking, but in this case they apply Bible to practices a little better than most.

Not that it is all that an effective way to grow a movement. The enemy can move in and turn your offspring away from your movement faster than you can birth them and train them.

The "third rail"? I have NEVER heard it spoken about in Pentecost. (Since anything sexual in nature has been taboo...)

Nice choice of wording for the topic at hand.....
