Sounds like you need to get your priorities straightened out.

Re: Microbiology

ILG I think it would be great going back to school. I seriously considered Nursing about six years ago, when getting my EMT certificate. I think I would like it especially in an ER type setting. The big negative, for me, would have been selling my business to devote all my energy into school. Not an easy choice for middle age man with a family.

I recall attending a few classes about 20 yrs ago with my then girlfriend (now wife) in particular I remember one class discussing the kidney and the "Loop of Henley". Why I remember that I don't know... Another time I sat there in a health lecture where the professor was a good 400 lbs overweight... I told Kristin, "This guy has been there and done that... ".

Uh, sorry! Been offline for a while!

Yes, you are right. Advanced is the study of the aged and everyone named Been Thinkin' too much.

(Actually it's a more in depth A&P class.)

Just remember.... Learn what you need to in order to pass the tests but promptly forget everything those HUMANISTIC science professors tell you! Ken Ham and Russel Humphrey's are the only ones you need to be listening too!

Re: Microbiology

LOL! Thanks for all the comments, everyone. Last semester I was really looking forward to class. This semester, I am just kind of feeling overloaded before I start! But, this is my last 4 credit class, so I'm hoping I can coast more after that! (Probably wishful thinking!)

Re: Microbiology

No no no Hoovie. You have someone run the business while you attend college. You secure a job in nursing, THEN you sell the business.
