You ever been in Arizona in August, 120 degrees, and a monsoon hits? It's like steaming vegetables. Like a Sauna.
I was checking out the University of Tucson back in 98/99 and one hit. It lasted 15-20 mins. After the rain stopped, the water almost instantly evaporated. Hard to breath, clothes were damp, and just plain unpleasant.
