Tonight I took the leftover cornbread dressing, chopped up four pieces of turkey in it really fine, added an egg and some flour and spices, dipped them in bread crumbs and fried them like salmon patties. Yummmm!!!
Turkey, ham, fried chicken, and grilled pork chops.
Dressing, potato salad, pea salad, macaroni salad, mac n cheese, broccoli n rice casserole, green beans, baked beans, deviled eggs, and corn on the cob.
Cheese balls.
Pecan pie, Cranberry Cherry pie, and cupcakes.
Yes, we had already eaten the pumpkin and sweet potato pies this week.

Sounds really good. But, too much like cooking, for me. Leftovers: we tend to just heat 'em and eat 'em.
