What happened with the early missionaries to the Indians in America's history is that they tried to Anglicize the American Indian. Same thing happened in New Zealand with the New Zealand Aborigines. But in the case of New Zealand the missionaries couldn't work fast enough for the colonists so, the army just killed off an entire race, the remnant which was left, one missionary tried to save them in a small communion but failed, due to disease, and lack of food.
I believe Canada has the same story with their Indians. Christopher Columbus had a Roman Catholic priest blow the whistle on him with his mistreatment of the Indians.
Thank Jesus that you are getting them Bibles in their own language instead of trying to teach them Elizabethan English.

We give them both Bibles and song books in their language. We deeply love them.

Amen, reading the scripture in their native language makes it way easier for them to pick up what the verses are saying. Better understanding better revelation of the apostolic message.

You are right we really do not know much about the natives living in the jungles of Brazil. I am all for missionaries reaching them with the true Apostolic message of the Bible, and hope your work grows and multiplies, and that more tribes will have the language in their own language and eventually create their own Apostolic organizations.
With the way things are going here in America, who knows in a few years, those Brazilians might have to send missionaries our way.

I hope Sean doesn't see this! These people are lost without the true, unadulterated, English King James Bible!
