Cruz doesn't have the immoral baggage Trump has.
There's a reason the media helped Trump become the nominee. He was the weakest candidate and if nominated, they knew he would be easy to destroy in order to give the election to Hillary.

You know, I think you've hit the nail on the head.
Hillary will be the next president.
And that is a reality we all know deep down inside, but don't want to admit that it could be so. But I think it is.

I said it before I'll say it again, Trump is irrelevant to the vast majority of Trump supporters. He's Grond, and the deplorables are getting ready to storm the Black Gate.

Re: How can a Christian vote for Trump
shameful to me that faced with such choices, professed Christians cannot see the light; or even, i don't know, half-step, get behind a 3rd party or something.

One thing I keep in mind is something a Chistian man told me recently, "We aren't electing a pastor, we are electing a president." There are some things that I don't like about Trump but I believe he will be more fair for Christian rights and for Israel.
Bro. Light, I am in no way critizing your opinion, so please don't take my comment as though I was against what you said. I see so much bickering on this forum and it bothers me and sometimes, I just want to cancel my membership. I can't understand brothers and sisters being hateful especially those who have the "Truth".

The best thing we can do for Israel is get out of their way. Be a friend, a trading partner and stay out of their business. No aid, and no codling. They are welcome to buy as many weapons from us as they need.

Agreed, but also stop sending them money we don't have.
Given that U.S. military aid to Israel was $2.775 billion in 2010, $3 billion in 2011, $3.07 billion in 2012 (and $3.15 billion per year from 2013-2018) while Israel's defense budget is around $15 billion, it made us wonder how much Israeli taxpayers contribute and where the other $12 billion non-U.S. aid comes from.Sep 20, 2012 http://www.businessinsider.com/heres...defense-2012-9

um...ya. I think this is completely naive concerning the relationship, which i would characterize completely differently than you, surely--mine would run along the lines of "an incestuous relationship bent upon world dominion abusing Biblical principles (Jewish supremacy) as an ersatz imprimatur of God."
And i also suggest to LJ that this is why contention is a good thing, even if it is not; you obviously have another, prolly Zionist, perspective of at least the country called "Israel." Iron is not sharpened around a campfire singing Kumbaya. Do i like campfires and Kumbaya? Sure i do, but i am a mess, myself, and wonder about calling for peace, when there will be war, so to speak. It might not be pretty, but i accept that MB--to use a proxy--likes campfires and Kumbaya too, iow i am maybe seeking iron and not lead to sharpen my iron, perhaps.

Re: How can a Christian vote for Trump
ps, you are on equal footing with Muslims as far as the Jewish perspective is concerned.
