True... it was a concession that would allow the illegals (of all nationalities) to stay, with stipulations.

I definitely do not believe that we should have to have ballots, tests, street signs, etc. in different languages. If I go to Italy, someone doesn't spoon feed everything to me in English, I am expected to learn the language.

What part of "they're here illegally" do people not understand? I'd be interested in knowing how they managed to determine that there actually are 16 million people here illegally and, if they know they're here, why the government hasn't enforced the existing immigration laws.
