Ya know I was thinking (don't laugh) about labels and how much they irritate my neck or they stand up instead of staying down like they should. I wind up eventually taking them out of my clothes.

I think really we are all conservatives...just in different ways...
We tend to see things differently but if we were all lumped together...we would find good morals, tender hearts, praying people, and just down to earth good folks...

My only problem with a statement like this is that it *usually* means that if I don't agree with you on certain standards it's just because I'm not as far along in my walk with the Lord as you. I'm not saying that's what you mean.
I'm just saying that all too often, that's the way it's been put to me. "As you grow in the Lord, God will guide you and before long you'll be putting those (pants, earrings, make-up, etc) aside and it won't even be a painful thing to do"

Sorry Sis Margie when I posted I wasn't even thinking of standards or holiness just my church and family. Sometimes we disagree but the bottom line is we love each other and are praying for one another.
