SO, now YOU tell me...
Why do y'all always make an issue out of this?
Just because YOU can't remember one message taught does not mean it is never taught.
Perhaps it is as someone said in another post...
"They wouldn't know one if they heard it?"

I am a listener and have been in church for a long without remembering one sermon on the subject, but that is
Just my experience. Let me add I have never heard teaching/preaching on subject of justification by faith either.

Re: Do OPs have a grace problem?
On the other hand I have never heard a teaching on Hell either. Ive heard it mentioned as a snippet of some other topic but never a whole teaching. In Church that is.

Re: Do OPs have a grace problem?
Funny, I sat in several services with two other individuals who listened to the pastor preach. I happily heard a wide variety of messages, while the others were unhappy. One wanted more on standards, but only heard the basic salvation message. The other wanted the basic salvation message every service, but heard standards. We all were sitting in the same services. You hear what you really do or do not wish to hear.

The word "charis" does not mean unmerited favor. It means "favor". To add "unmerited" is a theological concept rather than the meaning of the word.

Grace unto Salvation. Grace is the movement of God through the Holy Ghost that convicts a sinner.
My example is in the Book Of Acts when Peter preached the sermon of all sermons and those devout Jews had their hearts pricked by the Grace of God through the Holy Spirit.
In which the responded with The age old question that all sinners ask "What must we do?"

Can be true but at same time I am a listener to what is actually being said.

- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

I'm afraid you are grossly distorting the message. The message was towards Christians who needlessly struggle under condemnation. It was indeed a message of grace using Romans chapter 8, talking about how the righteous requirements of the Law are met in us through Christ, and that God sees us as perfect by grace. . I mentioned Jesus name baptism only once. Why would you distort the message so? You obviously listened with preconceived notions that hindered your ability to assimilate what you heard.

Maybe because we have different experiences?

Re: Do OPs have a grace problem?
Not saying never heard anyone allude to grace just never heard it preached or taught.
