My apologies.
Sincere apologies.

Let's learn to understand each other in the best way possible. Argument is the best way to learn each others views (when I say "argument" I mean like "Socratic/Rabbinic" not fighting or spitting) the more we discuss and bring forth or reasons to why we believe what we believe, we may learn to understand each other more. I feel we are a team here, and can really get some good discussions going (even if we bang heads sometimes) that may very well produce some good fruit.
Lord bless you and yours Chuck, and may you be blessed in the coming year.

Too bad he didn't become a follower and show up those he was referring to, but Gandhi was content to just make observations and continue in his nationalism all to miss the Christ he claim to admire and to sadly fall head first into a burning devil's Hell.
So sad that the Mahatma (which means great soul) is lost forever.

Brother B is a good man to be sure, but he has one thing in common with Daniel Alicea and I am not sure if it is a good thing or bad thing, but it is somewhat annoying. They both stand strong on what they believe, however they are quick to dismiss and even to an extent ridicule any position other than their own.
I am not sure if my daughter were ever to tell Brother B. that she likes Christmas, that he would admonish her not to follow Roman Catholic paganism.
So, if I offended, I apologize, however, the idea is good that in all ways we represent the Christ we profess...and it applies to especially me!

Apology accepted and all is good. I would never admonish anyone's child that is not my job. She is to submit to you and what you teach under your roof. You are the minister of your home and what you teach and preach in your house is to be respected. Just as a visiting minister should be clear on what the ministry is teaching and what he is not teaching, anyone who would try to usurp your father or husband authority would be out of line.
My daughters have had people try to admonish them on how they are taught and they respond the same every time a person presents an issue to them, they just say, "you have to tell that to our father."
Good girls who will be great wives some day.
Lord love you my precious Brother.

I agree with Carp's original post. EB's posts come across as harsh and judgemental, not as someone trying to persuade in the spirit of love and tolerance. jmo
