I've shared my story on here quite a bit, I figured you knew. I'm part of a very conservative family and until recently attended a conservative church. I haven't cut my hair because my husband loves it the way it is, and it doesn't bother me. I happen to be wearing a skirt at the moment, but will wear pants when the occasion warrants it.
I guess I'm a moderately practicing liberal.
You'll cut your hair soon. It's already in your heart to do so

Come on "Big Daddy Standards" it's time you start answering a few questions instead of answering with slurs and accusations. And who is Jeanette Oak? She must be your type! I don't know who she is!
As far as being a REAL man, is there any way that you can prove that! I've seen nothing from you yet that would make me think that!

Women become an idol of sorts, a "just in case" amulet for salvation and sanity. Not saying that's your story, but no lie I just had this same conversation a couple weeks back with a man that did.
And yes, of course you can reason with cut or uncut hair just the same (though it's the "reasoning" for denying the scissors that boggles the mind).
No, he doesn't feel that way about it. He said he doesn't mind if I shape it and trim it, he just doesn't want the length shortened because he's always loved long hair. I just haven't done anything at all to it yet.

I love longer hair as well. Trimmed and taken care of all the more.
I take that back, when I say "long," down to the knees is too long to me. But I've seen it look really good on some. A few of my Filipino friends have hair to their knee caps. Trimmed, straight and LOOOONG. Looks great on them.

We probably need to stop and say a prayer for "Big Daddy Standards." I think we've overloaded his wagon. He hasn't posted in the last few seconds and he always has an answer for everything. Maybe he's in "righteous shock!"
